Treatment for insects bite
  1. Clean the bite area with soap and water to reduce the risk of infection.

  2. Apply a cold compress, such as a clean, damp cloth or ice pack, to reduce swelling and pain.

  3. Use over-the-counter antihistamines or anti-itch creams to relieve itching and swelling. Be sure to follow the instructions on the label.

  4. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen, if necessary.

  5. Elevate the affected area if possible to reduce swelling.

  6. Watch for signs of an allergic reaction, such as difficulty breathing, hives, or swelling of the face, lips, or tongue. If you experience these symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.

  7. If you know the insect that caused the bite was a tick or a mosquito, keep an eye on the bite site for several days for signs of infection or illness.

If you have any concerns or the symptoms worsen, seek medical advice.
